Yamaha has finally unveiled the 2017 YZF-R6 and it’s gorgeous… Here’s a gallery of all the photos of the new bike that we’ve stumbled across
JD Beach putting the claimed eight percent improvement in aerodynamics to the test.
The front of the new R6 features a central ram-air intake and twin LED headlights.
The KYB suspension that now fits both the front and rear of the motorcycle is said to be confidence inspiring and provide a solid feel through the chassis.
This bike is going to be rad.
Getting an elbow down on the new YZF-R6 seems to be no problem.
The 2017 R6 features a new six-level traction control for improved power delivery, even in changing conditions.
A compact titanium exhaust muffler comes standard on the 2017 Yamaha YZF-R6.
The bike is now outfitted with KYB 43mm front forks as well as the same aluminum four-piston brake calipers
To reduce drag, the LED turn signals are incorporated into the rear view mirrors on the new R6.
The tail section of the 2017 YZF-R6 also resembles that of the current generation R1.

The R6 retains its analog tachometer, but the LCD display features more readouts for new features like TCS and D-modes.
